Artists and makers are invited to apply for a commission for a making project within a special newspaper for Spot On Lancashire and Cheshire Rural Touring Arts. Each commission would be for the creation of bespoke ‘how to ..’ making project which would be featured in the newspaper and distributed through libraries and rural venues.
