Comic artist Marc Jackson hosted two live online cartoon drawing sessions ‘Funny Vision’
where he showed participants young and old how to create a crazy character of the future, then taking that character and having fun creating the world they live in! Being able to still connect with the audience online, as we all work together, was great and seems fitting as we create the future!
Marc said just before the event: “I’m so pleased to be involved in the virtual Barnaby Festival. Barnaby is such a highlight for the town and the residents. I’ve been working with them for the past five years since the inception of MACC-POW! in 2015.
“The spirit of the festival is to approach things differently and so, even though the current climate has resulted in the physical event being postponed, what comes out of it will be something uniquely Barnaby!”
