Due to the high volume of submissions and finite window spaces available, we are not able to guarantee that all artworks will be displayed on the Art Trail however we do plan to exhibit all submissions via our online Gallery.
Please do not be put off by the printing specifications, should you have any difficulty in formatting or submitting your work please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do everything we can to help you get your work ready for submission. All images should be 300dpi and Ideally in PDF format (bleed and tick marks preferred, but not essential) Alternatively we can also accept JPEG/TIFF/PNG at 300 dpi There are many tutorials on YouTube to help with formatting your PDF with bleed and tick marks depending on what programme you are editing on.

All artwork should be submitted digitally format to visualart@barnabyfestival.org.uk It is likely that a file sharing platform will be needed to submit large files via email. We recommend using a free option such as WeTransfer. https://wetransfer.com
Art will be displayed as a A3 or A4 sized framed print. Please do contact us to discuss options should your work be unsuited to this display format as we may be able to accommodate this.
All artwork painting, mixed media art, photography, ceramics, poetry must be original works. Old or new works accepted.
