Refuse & reduce, recycle & upcycle, mend and meddle! Find out how small changes can make a difference or start a movement with tips, talks, tactics, demos and activities for all ages to tackle plastic pollution and climate change.
Plastic waste is killing sea creatures and polluting our water. Do we really need so much? Could you make a ‘Plastic Pledge’ to use less? Write it down, put in a plastic bottle and add to the giant ‘arbor’ which will sprout entangled branches over the course of the day (sculpture created by Anna Riordan). Take a #plasticpledge selfie, grab a ‘reward’ from Macclesfield Town Council and help make a sustainable Macc-tastic town!
